Meet Dr. Robert Gittelman DDS, FAGD
Dr. Gittelman is a 1980 graduate of Emory University. Dr. Gittelman has been practicing in Marietta since 1984. Dr. Gittelman has undergone many hours of advanced training. He was awarded a Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry – . According to the AGD, an FAGD ‘has been recognized by other dentists as a leader who is committed to quality patient care through continuing dental education.’ An FAGD dentist must earn a minimum of 500 approved continuing dental education credits and pass a comprehensive 400-question examination. Dr Gittelman is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association and the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Gittelman has been on the list of America’s Top Dentists from the Consumers Research Council of America every year since 2005.
Meet Dr. Bimala Gharti, DDS
Dr. Bimala Gharti is a compassionate dentist with more than 10 years of comprehensive and preventive clinical experience. Inspired by watching her grandmother’s struggle with oral pain and disease, Dr. Gharti pursued dentistry to help patients overcome fear, improve their oral health, and enjoy a better quality of life. Patients appreciate her trustworthy nature, clinical expertise, and genuine commitment to their well-being.
Dr. Gharti earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the SUNY University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of East London, and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Dhaka. She is also trained in SureSmile®, Invisalign®, Laser Dentistry, and Implant Mastery.
Her favorite treatments include care to relieve pain, restore function, and help patients regain confidence in their smiles. She has a special interest in aesthetic dentistry and replacing missing teeth. Outside the office, Dr. Gharti enjoys spending time with family and friends, oil and watercolor painting, gardening, and evening walks. She is a proud member of the American Dental Association.
